GAMMA ALPHA LAMBDA
During our Spring 2017 recruitment, I established and executed a recruitment campaign under the hashtag #GALRushWeek. Through this hashtag, I used the official Gamma Alpha Lambda instagram account to post daily about each pillar of our organization (faith, service, sisterhood and evangelism) and used the caption to promote our info nights and other recruitment events. We also encouraged chapter members to post their own experiences with each pillar using that hashtag. By the end of the week, there had been 10 posts from members in the organization using that hashtag.

TOGETHER WE RISE
As an assignment in my summer internship, Together We Rise had interns draft a post for Instagram to recruit other young professionals to apply for internships in the future. I chose to wear my logo T-shirt and stand near an attractive wall in Springfield, MO to catch the eye of my peers. Using the hashtags #TogetherWeRise and #fosterlove and tagging the official Together We Rise Instagram account to connect my post with other interns, I was able to promote my internship to my followers and directly link everything back to Together We Rise.
By providing myself as a direct contact for this opportunity, I was contacted by 5 different people for more information on what the internship involves and requires.

WONDROUSWONDERFUL
To showcase my budding passion for photography at Walt Disney World, I created an Instagram account under the handle @wondrouswonderful to share my hobby and Disney-specific experiences. Through this account, I grew a following of 361 followers over the span of 520 posts. A combination of personal experiences, popular shows and aesthetically pleasing surroundings accumulated an average of 34.2 likes per picture in less than two years. The use of related hashtags, tagging relevant accounts (such as @disneyparks and @waltdisneyworld) and adding a location to each picture helped to collect a larger following.

EMMAUS CHURCH - SPRINGFIELD
With my social media internship at my church, I am learning how to effectively use Facebook to engage with followers and church members. I developed social media calendars, designed content for various projects and conducted our first Facebook Live video. These skills gave me great experience in how to properly interact online to remain true to your brand and adapt language for different audiences.

SPRINGFIELD COMMUNITY FOCUS REPORT
As a part of a writing for Public Relations course, I got the opportunity to experience an introductory campaign for a biannual study on the Springfield community's accomplishments and downfalls. Known as the Springfield Community Focus Report, we were able to conduct a Q&A session with Facilitator Jonathan Groves over Facebook Live and
produce a series of graphics to count down to the report's release event. Using
the #SGFCFR hashtag across all platforms helps to link all posts together and
track the performance of each post and the campaign as a whole.
GAMMA ALPHA LAMBDA
Part of the position of Vice President of Public Relations includes maintenance of the Gamma Alpha Lambda alumni page for the Alpha chapter. To connect with alumni, I created an event on Facebook to invite past members of the organization to our Homecoming events, share information with those that will be in attendance and accurately prepare materials needed for tailgating before the game.

SHOW-ME PR
The Missouri State University chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSSA) was selected to host the 2018 Regional Conference, entitled "Show-Me PR." I helped organize, design for and promote this conference, including tweets beforehand and live-tweeting during guest speakers and panels. I was able to tweet out live updates of professional advice, changes for attendees and reminders for events and networking between my personal account and our official conference account.
We had engagement from PRSSA and PRSA members members from across the state using the hashtag
#ShowMePR across all platforms.

Spreading Gamma Alpha Lambda's connections across each platform, I utilized Twitter to send updates and reminders to current members. The chapter Twitter account has a great opportunity to connect with other campus organizations that should be explored by future executive members.
